Ersag Europe Ordering Guide

Ersag Europe is now available with localized service! Customers from Germany, France, Austria, the Netherlands and other European countries can now easily access Ersag’s eco-friendly cleaning products and halal-certified supplements.

In this guide, we will show you step by step how to order Ersag products online using your membership number. If you are not yet a member, you can easily register using the link below.

1. Country & Language Selection

To ensure you access the correct Ersag catalog, prices, and promotions in your region, it's essential to select the right country and language before logging in. This step guarantees a smooth experience for members across Europe, including Germany, France, and the Netherlands.
  1. Land auswählen: Klicken Sie oben rechts auf das Länder-Symbol und wählen Sie Ihr aktuelles Land aus.
  2. Sprache wählen: Wählen Sie beim Login aus Europa Ihre bevorzugte Sprache aus (z. B. Deutsch, Englisch oder Französisch).
  3. Mitglieder-Login: Klicken Sie auf den Bereich „Login“ oder „Mitglied werden“.
  4. Mitgliedsnummer: Geben Sie Ihre Ersag-Mitgliedsnummer in das entsprechende Feld ein.
  5. Passwort: Tragen Sie Ihr Passwort ein.
  6. Login: Klicken Sie auf den Button „Anmelden“, um sich ins System einzuloggen.

2. Member Login Screen

After logging in, Ersag members are directed to their personal dashboard, where order status and member information are displayed. This screen is especially useful for new users to understand their profile and navigate the menu.
  1. Member Dashboard: This screen displays the order summary and member details.
  2. Membership Number: Your member number or registered name will appear at the top of the screen.
  3. Menu Access: Tap the three horizontal lines (hamburger icon) at the top to open the main menu.

3. Adding Products to Cart

Once logged in, you can easily browse the product catalog and add items to your cart using the standard order form. This section explains how to search by product name or code, adjust quantities, and insert products into your shopping cart.
  1. Menu: Tap the menu tab to access different sections.
  2. Shopping: Select the “Shopping” section from the menu.
  3. Standard Order: Choose the “Standard Order” option to continue.
  4. Agreement Checkbox: Tick the checkbox to confirm you have read and accept the ordering terms.
  5. Search Bar: Type in the product code or keywords to find a product.
  6. Select Quantity: Enter the number of units you want into the boxes next to product codes.
  7. Scroll Horizontally: Swipe left or right to view all available products.
  8. Add to Cart: Click “Add to Shopping Cart” to place the selected products into your cart.

4. Viewing Products in Cart

After adding items to your Ersag shopping cart, you can review your selections, update quantities, remove products, and check the total amount. This section shows how to manage your cart before finalizing the order.
  1. Cart Icon: The icon at the top will reflect the total value of the products you’ve added.
  2. Products in Cart: You can see all added items listed here.
  3. Quantity Overview: Check the total number of items in your cart. Quantity adjustments can be made in the next steps.
  4. Confirm Cart: Click the “Buy” or “Confirm Cart” button to proceed.
  5. Remove Product: Tick the checkbox next to any item you want to delete from the cart.
  6. Adjust Quantity: Use the plus/minus buttons or enter the number manually to increase or decrease product quantities.
  7. Update Cart: After changes, click the “Update Cart” button to refresh the totals.
  8. Scroll Down: Scroll down to view payment information.
  9. Eligible Gifts: A green box will display how many free gifts you can choose based on your order points.
  10. Total Amount: See the full price including any delivery fees.
  11. Proceed: Once you confirm your order, you’ll be redirected to the gift selection screen.

5. Selecting Gifts

Ersag offers free gift products based on your order total. For every 2 or 4 points, you’re entitled to select valuable gifts from a special list. This section guides you through how to choose and confirm your free gifts before completing your order.
  1. Gift Selection Area: For orders of 2 points or more, the gift selection screen will be displayed. Swipe right to explore all available gifts.
  2. Gift Options: For every 4 points, one additional gift column will appear. For example, if you place a 12-point order, you can choose at least 9 gifts across three columns. You may select the same gift multiple times.
  3. Confirm Gifts: You must select all eligible gifts to proceed. The system will not let you continue until all gift slots are filled.

6. Updating Address

Before completing your Ersag order, make sure your billing and shipping addresses are correct. This section shows you how to review or change your address, whether you're shipping within Germany, France, or any other European country.
  1. Billing Address: The registered billing address will be displayed here.
  2. Edit Address: You may update this address if needed.
  3. Shipping Address: You can choose to send your order to a different delivery address. Check the current shipping details carefully.
  4. Update Shipping Address: Either enter a new address or select one saved in your address book.
  5. Confirm: After verifying all address information, continue to the next step.

7. Select Payment Method

Ersag offers flexible payment options for customers across Europe. In this step, you can choose how to pay: by PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, or in-person at a local office. Here’s how to set your preferred payment method before confirming your order.
  1. Choose Payment Option: Select your preferred payment method for completing your Ersag order.
  2. Available Methods: Cash payment at local Ersag offices, Bank Transfer to the company’s European account, PayPal, or Credit Card.
  3. Confirmation: You can update your payment method even after saving it initially.
  4. Add Note to Order: Use this field to leave a note for Ersag (e.g. missing items from previous orders, special delivery instructions, etc.).

8. Confirm Your Order

In the final step of your Ersag shopping experience, you’ll review your order and confirm payment. Whether you selected PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer, this section explains how to submit your order securely and track it later.
  1. Scroll Down: Navigate to the bottom of the page to access the confirmation section.
  2. Order Confirmation: Review your order one last time and click to confirm. You can also go back and make changes if needed.
  3. After Confirmation: If you selected PayPal or Credit Card, you’ll be redirected to the secure payment gateway. For bank transfer or in-person payment, your order will be saved and recorded in the system.
  4. View Confirmed Order: Use the menu to track your confirmed orders. If you’re paying via bank transfer, make sure to note the order number for reference.

9. Order History

Want to check your past or pending Ersag orders? The Order History section lets you review your previous purchases, track payment status, and access detailed order information — perfect for keeping records and following up on shipments.
  1. Open Menu: Go to the main menu to access your orders.
  2. Shopping Menu: Navigate to the “Shopping” section.
  3. My Orders: Select the “My Previous Orders” option.
  4. Pending Orders: Orders not yet paid will show “No” under confirmation. Bank transfer orders are manually approved once the payment is received.
  5. Amount Due: The outstanding amount for bank transfer can be seen here.
  6. Order Details: Click on “Order Details” to view more information about each order.

10. Change Payment Method

If you haven’t paid for your Ersag order yet, you can easily change your payment method. This section explains how to view your order total, switch between bank transfer, PayPal, and credit card, or delete eligible orders during active campaigns.
  1. Order Number: View the order number of your current unpaid order here.
  2. Total Amount Due: See the full total, including shipping if applicable.
  3. Change Payment Method: If you haven’t made the payment yet, you can change the payment method here.
  4. Delete Order: During special campaigns like “9 for 4” or “7 for 5”, you can delete 4-point and above orders. Orders placed outside campaign periods can’t be deleted by members. If needed, create a new cart. Unpaid orders will be deleted automatically at the end of the month.

11. Pay with PayPal or Credit Card

For a fast and secure Ersag checkout experience, you can complete your payment via PayPal or credit card. This section shows you how to access previous orders and finalize payment through the appropriate buttons in your member panel.

🔴 1. Open the Menu

Tap the hamburger menu (three lines) at the top left corner of the screen.

🔴 2. Access the “Shopping” Menu

In the opened menu, select “Shopping”.

Tap “Orders” to view your previous unpaid or pending orders.

🔴 4. Select the Order to Pay

Click the “Order Details” button next to the order you want to pay for.

🔴 5. Choose Payment Method

In the order details screen, choose your preferred payment method:

✔️ Click the blue PayPal button to pay with PayPal.

✔️ Click the black credit card button to pay by credit card.
